The Mickey Mouse caps were good, value for money.
The wrist bands were a waste as the gum was dry and didn’t work
Mickey Mouse invitations are good except the gum of the envelopes was dry and all the envelopes were not closing
Mickey Mouse masks were decent looking I’m size but the eye holes were very small
For boys 5 years old.
Foil curtains were shorter than 6 feet.

We got 2 packs of 100 pieces pastel balloons. Though colours were good ballooons quality was not at all good. Even when we are inflating small also balloons were bursted. Out of 200 balloons 60-70 balloons got wasted. If 10-20 balloons be so that is fine but even after tying balloons also they were bursting like crackers. We tied balloons very puffyly but waste it got bursted we could see strips in pic as well. Also the issue is they are bursting very quickly .Not happy with balloons at all. However we got pack of wings which was very nice And pretty.

Chalk board was looking awesome. Print was very clear and attractive. They have taken digital confirmation also before proceeding for the print. There are two place of improvements, 1. size options should be available. 2. There should be provision of hanger to hold the chalkboard.

Nice and hassle free decoration

The balloon pump has some problem and dint work. First it was difficult to fill in the air later it stopped working. We struggle blowing the balloons and it consumed alot of time. The number 2 balloon dint even withstand like for 5mins air was there later it started to shrink. Silver chrome balloons were great.

We absolutely loved the product. It is as shown in pix, I would say even better than that. The prints were of superior quality. Delivery done in 3-4days, not an issue. The products I ordered and received was the same without any damages. It was great shopping with Untumble, for the foil balloons, each alphabet had a stick which can be used to blowing balloons. No damage on any balloons. Everything was perfect!! Loved shopping with Untumble. In the pics below, (while blowing we bursted the alphabets F and W, so it’s our damage and also In the cake topper)

Its amazing just loved it

The products are decent but the packing was quite bad. The car photo booth was folded in the middle and packed and the backdrop was folded too instead of being rolled causing creases all over the backdrop.

I have two major concerns:
1. We enquired very clearly about our need of splitting the board into two parts for single order .... But after all the payments been done.... We recieved a call asking us to pay additional 75 rs.... Doesn''''t this mean like forcing or cornering us to make us pay..... Its not about 75 rs.... What sort of responsibility u take in replying to the enquiries before order is being placed...

2. The cutouts we received were damaged.... We ordered 6 of them ... 2 were damaged.... For this u charged additional 165 rs to just deliver to erode.... I was not interested even to report this damage bcoz however u r not going to take this as an issue atleast....

I had ordered for thank you cards without any personalisation. Yet it was done. But the worse part is if you know birthday girl’s name so that should be printed below thank you rather than sending thank you cards with all written as Dear ‘birthday girl’s name’.

How foolish this is.

The product is very good. I got them as expected. But you should once check the courier through which you send your products. You have sent me through DTDC. As I gave you very clearly my PINCODE you might have once checked wether they will deliver to me or not. They called and are asking me to collect my parcel. Their office was not even 1KM to my house. How come there will not deliver to such short distance. I need to leave my other work and collect the parcel as it was for my sake. Better change to other couriers. May be FEDX OR BLUEDART

Could place order easily and everything came as custom specified by me within the scheduled date. So i was happy shopping with untumble and will in future too.

I bought some balloons, a table centre piece with a lot of hope for my son’s first birthday. 70 percent of the balloons were damaged or burst on their own. The table centre piece had no base. Really had high hopes from Untumble, feeling really sad
